Description of problem:
"Find By Product" and "RPM" dropdown options are not working on the Red Hat Repositories page.

Satellite 6.10

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Content -> Red Hat Repositories 
2. Click on Filter By Product and RPM dropdown buttons
3.

Actual results:
Shows blank output. Sharing screenshot.

Expected results:
It should list the products or different types of the repo.

Additional info:
It works properly on Sat6.9.

Attempting to open the dropdown doesn't trigger any output in foreman-tail in 6.10.0 s2.0.
