Description of problem:

IHAC, when "oc adm top pods" doesn't work due to the metrics url is not available.
The hawkular is working normally, no error.

I was able to pin point the issue to the url from the master api that shows error from the router.

https://<master-api>:443/api/v1/namespaces/openshift-infra/services/https:heapster:/proxy/apis/metrics

The output is generic message from the router that application is not ready yet.

This is very strange, because from the api call, it uses heapster service, not route.

oc adm top pods has the following flags:

--heapster-namespace='openshift-infra': Namespace Heapster service is located in
--heapster-port='': Port name in service to use
--heapster-scheme='https': Scheme (http or https) to connect to Heapster as
--heapster-service='heapster': Name of Heapster service

which should allow tweaking the URL as one wish.

Closing the BZ as the case was fixed.

The issue was that during redeployment of the metrics, the secrets were not deleted and reused old data.
After removing secrets and redeployment, the issue is fixed.
