Adding a mention to Stratisd sub-package named stratisd-dracut.

Stratis 2.4.x is currently available in Fedora Rawhide and Fedora 34.
Packages names:
- stratisd
- stratisd-dracut
- stratis-cli

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 35 development cycle.
Changing version to 35.

One hopes Anaconda stratis support can be implemented in a Fedora 34 re-spin. That, or a "dnf system-upgrade download --releasever=34" downgrade will work from a Fedora 35 fresh workstation install. Reason being iirc CentOS Stream 9 will be branched from Fedora 34. I have a large number of personal apps and third-party library dependencies compiled under 34; I'm hoping to avoid repeating the effort for Stream 9.

I've tried copying (cp -a) a Fedora 34 ext4 root fs to a stratis filesystem, using a separate ext4 boot partition. With stratis* installed and stratisd enabled, I then ran dracut -a stratis to update the /boot/initramfs and tried to boot following the hints (and flags) at https://stratis-storage.github.io/stratis-rootfs/, but the boot failed with a "Failed to start D-Bus System Message Bus" error. The new initramfs boots the old ext4 root partition just fine.

This bug will be used for tracking Stratis' inclusion in Anaconda.

This message is a reminder that Fedora Linux 35 is nearing its end of life.
