Description of problem:

There are no Python bindings for libcap-ng in RHEL 8. Oddly enough the package browser shows a debuginfo package.

How reproducible:

100%


Steps to Reproduce:

1. sudo dnf install libcap-ng-python3


Actual results:

> No match for argument: libcap-ng-python3


Expected results:

Package installed.
