Dashboards display different time range when drag&drop on the first dashboard

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open admin console->open Dev console mode->go to monitoring
2.Choose project openshift-apiserver
3.Click tab Dashboards
4.Drag&Drop on the first Dashboard 'CPU usage'

Actual results:
Dashboards display different time range when drag&drop on the first dashboard

Expected results:
Dashboards should display the same time range when drag&drop on the first dashboard

Additional info:
Edit time range directly and the issue keeps
