Description of problem:
Currently these XML validation flags are supported:
VIR_DOMAIN_CHECKPOINT_CREATE_REDEFINE_VALIDATE
VIR_DOMAIN_START_VALIDATE
VIR_DOMAIN_DEFINE_VALIDATE
VIR_DOMAIN_SNAPSHOT_CREATE_VALIDATE
VIR_CONNECT_COMPARE_CPU_VALIDATE_XML

However libvirt has APIs to create or define the XMLs of network, nodedev, nwfilter, interface, networkport, secret, storagepool, storagevol. The XML validation flags could be added for these APIs, too.

Moving this to POST because the validate option was added almost to all the APIs where it was possible.

This was all implemented more than a year ago and thus it is already present in RHEL-9 since 9.0.0.
