Section Number and Name:

Running builds with Subscription Manager

Describe the issue:

In BZ 1806755, among other changes, the reference to "Adding Subscription Manager configurations to builds" [1] was removed. I think that that reference was removed by mistake, or at least I cannot find the reason in the BZ.

Suggestions for improvement:

Add again the following in the "Running builds with Subscription Manager" section:
~~~
 include::modules/builds-source-input-subman-config.adoc[leveloffset=+2]
~~~

Additional information:

The commit with the removal [2].
It was included in the documentation of OCP 4.4 and older versions [3], and also referenced in KCS 5433891 [4].
