Description of problem:

The manila CephFS drivers saw a major rewrite in the Openstack Wallaby release. Some configuration options are now dropped/deprecated, and need to be removed in puppet-manila, puppet-tripleo and tripleo-heat-templates. A new configuration option has been added as well that we can selectively expose if necessary:

Configuration options removed in Wallaby:
"cephfs_enable_snapshots"

Configuration options deprecated in Wallaby:
"cephfs_volume_path_prefix"

Configuration options introduced in Wallaby:
"cephfs_filesystem_name"

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 17

Changing the scope of this RFE slightly - we have no plans to support multiple filesystems with the CephFS drivers for this release
