Description of problem:
When demoting a supplier to a consumer, the server calls cl5CleanRUV on a replica that has no more changelog. cl5CleanRuv dereference the changelog that is NULL and crash

Steps to Reproduce:
Running the following command crash the server
dsconf -D "cn=Directory Manager" ldap://server.example.com replication demote --suffix="dc=example,dc=com" --newrole="consumer"

Actual results:
Crash

Fix pushed upstream => POST

The build with the fix for this Bz couldn't be delivered for initially planned DTM 15 , moving DTM to 18 and ITM to 20

Mark, as agreed in sync-up meeting, this bug should be removed from RHEL 8.6 as only impacting RHDS.
Do you agree to close it ?

Sure.  Closing RHEL as this was addressed in RHDS
