Assigning to Jindrich.  I'm not sure there's anything that needs to happen for this and it might be a duplicate of the clone?  Jindrich?

Tom, this one is a clone for 8.4.0.2 - it is valid. I can apply changes into rhel8-8.4.0 branch for it after 8.4.0.1 goes GA. So these types of bugs will be in NEW/ASSIGNED/POST until then.
