Doc Text:	.The IPv6 address returned by `ceph mgr services` to access the {storage-product} Dashboard is now syntactically correct Previously, when deploying a {storage-product} cluster with IPv6, the URL generated by `ceph mgr services` for the Ceph Dashboard was syntactically incorrect, and users had to enclose the IPv6 address in square brackets to access the {storage-product} Dashboard. Moving to Cephadm as these 2 values are set by Cephadm and need proper IPv6 URL formatting there.
