Describe the issue:

Since RHV dynamic provisioning(IPI) is GA'ed , we need to add the provisioner name in table under 

(a)8.5.3. Available dynamic provisioning plug-ins in 4.8 
(b)7.5.3. Available dynamic provisioning plug-ins in 4.7

Below i have attached the screenshot and output of oc get sc for the name of the provisioner for RHV dynamic.

Hi 

The changes required are present in boh OCS 4.7 and OCS 4.8 documents as mentioned in comment#5.

Hence ,moving the bug to verified state.
