Description of problem:
On Windows 2022 guest(seabios), 'Secure Boot Test - Customized Deployment Basic Test' failed .
We have a manual errata # 44141 for win2019 seabios guest, but for Windows server 2022,need ask for a new errata for it, thanks~

Bulk update: Move RHEL-AV bugs to RHEL9. If necessary to resolve in RHEL8, then clone to the current RHEL8 release.
