Description of problem:
konqueror Failed to Print in following Envirnment with Error message

LANG=zh_TW, ja_JP, ko_KR, ru_RU, de_DE, zh_CN, *_IN, it_IT

How reproducible:
Everytime during Printing

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open gnome-terminal and type 'pa_IN.UTF-8 kedit'
2. type or copy/Paste some thing in  
3. Print (Ctrl+P, File-Print)
  
Actual results:
failed to print with Following Error

Expected results:
Document should successfully Print

Additional info:
Working fine with kate, kmail in this release,
2) if yo print other language (like German in it_IT, that will print, but German
in de_DE will not)

it seems to work fine on the latest version. closing.
