In addition, the failure isn't being reported to testgrid properly (the overall job is reported as failed, but no test is reported as having failed).  Please work with DPTP to fix the configuration of this job so it is reported properly in testgrid.

@bparees I think that this bug was added by mistake to "Openshift on Kubevirt" sub component
Can you please re-assign it?

Those jobs are obsolete and they can be safely dropped. I filed a PR for that.
