Description of problem:
KWallet keeps asking for the password to connect to Wi-Fi. The Wallet password and the user account password are the same.

How reproducible:
Seems to happen in inconsistent way. In the first days after installing Fedora, I didn't get this prompt.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Connect to a Wi-Fi network.


Actual results:
KWallet keeps asking for the password to connect to Wi-Fi at every startup.

Appears to be some sort of race issue, triaged to plasma-workspace component
