Description of problem:
Please change the link for RHV provider to VM import from RHV document, instead of VM import from VMware document (https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.7/virt/virtual_machines/importing_vms/virt-importing-vmware-vm.html).

Bug 1976582 is a fix for the code that was added in 1862989.
So there's no point leaving 1976582 without 1862989.
