Description of problem:

Based on this commit,It should be on repository but looks like It never sent to bodhi/testing repository.

And If I search on bodhi "https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/?packages=python-qtconsole"

I can only see "fedora 35" package but not fedora 34 package.

python3-qtconsole-5.0.2-1.fc34.noarch (updates-testing repo enabled)

This update will also fix problem with spyder ide as well
