The unicode-ucd-unihan subpackage is not shipped in RHEL8.  It is a BuildRequires of gucharmap, which is used by the GNOME Flashback desktop:

Please ship unicode-ucd-unihan in CRB so that gucharmap, and ultimately GNOME Flashback, can be built in EPEL8.
