The latest upstream code contains support (configuration files) for the new hardware and few bugfixes.

The upstream version should be identical to the RHEL 8.5 update (bug#1950992).

The alsa-lib in c9s is being updated using the merge request https://gitlab.com/redhat/centos-stream/rpms/alsa-lib/-/merge_requests/2 .
