Could you please build perl-XML-TreeBuilder for EL8 ?
It is in the dependency chain of mythtv over in the rpmfusion repos.

The code in master builds on the epel8 branch without issue. I will happily maintain or co-maintain if needed.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 35 development cycle.
Changing version to 35.

Would the package manager please respond to this request for build on el8.

I would be glad to manage this package for epel branches if the packager manager desires. Thank you.
