Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install `OpenShift Container Storage` operator -> create Storage Cluster CR and wait new storageclass `ocs-storagecluster-cephfs` is provisioned
2. Tries to create a PVC with StorageClass `ocs-storagecluster-cephfs`, check 'Volume mode' tooltip message in different Languages


Actual results:
2. The tooltip message is always shown in English 

Expected results:
2. The tooltip message should be translated based on Language selection
