We need to document this about UI for 4.8 release, it's harmless but user might think it's a problem.

Description of problem:
Create a VM using wizard, if choosing to customize the vm, a warning "no registrated model" apear

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a VM using wizard
2. Choose to customize the VM
3.

Actual results:
A Warning apear "no registrated model"

Expected results:
No warning

It is not blocker, it is not nice warning, does not affect the function. So we move it to z-stream release.

@gouyang what is the expected resolution of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1974689? Will the no registred model warning message be removed or changed? I'm asking because if the message is going to change, then maybe we can resolve this bug through a release note instead of updating the documentation. Let us know.

The warning message will be removed in 4.8.z. I think we should put this into release note as well, just changed the doc type.

@gouyang I've created a PR to cover this release note - https://github.com/openshift/openshift-docs/pull/34390

In the preview on the PR, this particular known issue is the last one in the section. Please look it over as part of an Code/QE review. If everything is good, please comment that it looks good in the PR.
