Description of problem:

Black background shows in the main screen after login VM from GUI, which looks not beautiful comparing with RHEL 8 and user experience is not good.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Start VM and login in VM from GUI mode.
2. Check the main screen after user login.
3. Switch different session.

Actual results:

2. The black background shows in the main screen, only the “Activities” icon at the top, makes the UI look not beautiful.
3. Different session selection screens are also black.


Expected results:

2. There is another background with a different color with "Red Hat Enterprise 9" flag but not a totally black screen. 
3. Session selection screen is not black.

Test VM with latest nightly build RHEL-9.0.0-20210828.2 on both Hyper-V and ESXi, the blue background shows in the main screen and session selection screen. So close this bug.
