gnome-control-center.pt_BR.po

Description of problem:

This provides the pt_BR translations for the "Register System" panel in g-c-c as well as the translations for the subscription strings in the gnome-settings-daemon plugin.

TL;DR: The Registration panel is developed downstream and for this reason does not receive community translations. In Bug 1933962, translations were posted for Japanese, Chinese, and French.

Given that Kalev Lember extracted the po files from gnome-control-center and gnome-settings-daemon, I just translated missing strings in the pt_BR.po files.

I am a native Brazilian Portuguese speaker and I made sure that the terminology used was alined with subscription-manager upstream https://github.com/candlepin/subscription-manager/blob/main/po/pt_BR.po
