As discussed privately, since the package is already there, you need to ask to the existing maintainer to add you as a comaintainer.

The process is here: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/How_to_get_sponsored_into_the_packager_group#Become_a_co-maintainer and I do not have any special access to change that. However, if after contacting the maintainer, you are still stuck in a few weeks, we can get the project to change the owner of the packages, following a process (that start by "first ask the maintainer").
