The related changes are in upstream, but not in the released 1.9.x branch. This will finally get solved with a rebase when new version will be available. The rebase from bug #2026636 is in and the tests in emulated FIPS mode are executed as part of the build so this should be resolved Quality Engineering Management has reviewed and declined this request. You may appeal this decision by reopening this request. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
