Description of problem:
Recently my machine started requiring very long time to boot. I have not changed any hardware configuration. systemd-analyze --plot reveals that dracut-initqueue.service is to blame.

055-2.fc34.x86_64

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. boot Fedora

Actual results:
Boot gets stuck at "Reached target Initrd Root Device." for ~90 seconds

Expected results:
System boots quickly
