Description Gaurav Talreja 2021-07-05 15:11:43 UTC
Description of problem:
After enabling katello-agent, via Katello-agent option is not clickable on the content host errata page.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Satellite 6.10.0 Snap 7.0

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Register Content host with some installable errata.
2. Navigate to Hosts -> Content Hosts -> Select Host -> Errata
3. Select errata to apply, select "via Katello-agent" from the dropdown(which in unclickable), where as "via Remote execution" from that dropdown works perfectly.

Actual results:
Unclickable option "via Katello-agent".

Expected results:
After selecting "via Katello-agent", errata apply should proceed.

Additional info:
Applying errata from Content -> Errata works fine too, where we don’t have a choice for katello-agent.

Created redmine issue https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/33036 from this bug

Verified.

Tested on Satellite 6.10.0 Snap 13.0

Steps:
1. Enable katello-agent from satellite-installer.
2. Register Content host with some installable errata.
3. Navigate to Hosts -> Content Hosts -> Select Host -> Errata
4. Select errata to apply, select "via Katello-agent" option from the dropdown.

Observations:
Errata was successfully installed by "via Katello-agent" option, earlier it was an unclickable option.
