Description of problem:
The threshold fell to zero since Jul 1st, 2021 in the customer account. However, the subscription still in the customer account and valid at this moment.

Actual results:
the threshold is presenting zero on Swatch.

Expected results:
Threshold should be correct according to the subscription on the customer account.

As per above discussion, particular issue of "fell to zero" for customer is resolved. 

This issue is tracked as RFE to add last updated subscription threshold timestamp (ENT-4046).
