Description of problem:
when creating a new Migration plan with RHV as provider the cluster name is missing on all datacenters from:
VM selection > Filter > "Filter by VM location "

The tree provided by the API has names populated for all of the nodes.
Tzahi, which provider involved here?

Looks like the Cluster.name was being overwritten with the description.  I suspect most (all) of the clusters in the provider used here have a blank description.

tested and verify on >  2.1.0-29 / IIB:90663
clusters names appear under the "all datacenters" section
