Description of problem:
I am trying to build mumble for epel8, but there is a build requirement for rnnoise, which is not available in rhel8 or epel8.  Please branch and build rnnoise for epel8.  The current rawhide spec file rebuilds on epel8 without issue.  If none of the current maintainers want to deal with this, feel free to add me (carlwgeorge) and I'll maintain the epel8 branch.
