Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log
snippests):
When deleting pvc inside the pvc page itself under "Actions" the status in the heading stays "bound" while the status in the status field is "terminating". Also after few second the status in the heading stays "Bound" and instead of the details of the pvc you get "404 not found".

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install OCP+OCS
2. Create pvc via UI
3. Get into the pvc page
4. Under actions choose delete


Actual results:
status in the heading stays "bound" while the status in the status field is "terminating". Also after few second the status in the heading stays "Bound" and instead of the details of the pvc you get "404 not found".


Expected results:
Status in the heading should be terminating as the status field and I think to avoid this and the 404 we can navigate back to PVC list (storageclass page behaves like that)

This bug having no release flag set previously, is now set with release flag 'ocs‑4.8.0' to '?', and so is being proposed to be fixed at the OCS 4.8.0 release. If this bug should be proposed for a different release, please manually remove the current proposed release flag and set a new one.

Note that the 3 Acks (pm_ack, devel_ack, qa_ack), if any previously set while release flag was missing, have now been reset since the Acks are to be set against a release flag
