Comment 7 Gerald Cox 2021-07-14 22:08:50 UTC
Reported upstream here: https://tickets.metabrainz.org/browse/PICARD-2241?filter=-2

Comment 8 Gerald Cox 2021-07-28 14:34:29 UTC
Upstream is unable to reproduce issue. Please contact upstream here:
https://tickets.metabrainz.org/browse/PICARD-2241?filter=-2

Comment 9 Gerald Cox 2021-07-28 14:36:51 UTC
Response from upstream:
I actually cannot reproduce this. Adding and modifying tags to one or more files via the tag edit dialog always keeps the data consistent for me.

I could catch the exception, but I don't think this would fix the underlying issue as it still would fail to actually set the value.

Can you reproduce it? If yes, can you give detailed steps what needs to be done?

Comment 10 Gerald Cox 2021-08-12 16:41:08 UTC
Upstream cannot reproduce. Closing.
