There are a number of override fixes in the console code base that are no longer needed as the issues they address have been fixed upstream in PatternFly and the console is now utilizing versions of PatternFly containing the fixes.  As a result, the overrides can be removed from the code base.

This bug has been verified on payload 4.9.0-0.nightly-2021-07-18-155939

Verify Step:
1. Login OCP
2. Verify if 'Openshift Cluster Manager' option has normally view after click the squar icon on the top menu of OCP page
3. Verify if the explanation of name of the namespace on the create namespace pops up page has normal view
4. Verify if the 'Cluster update available' part on the About page of OCP has normal view

Result:
2,3,4. The text format, layout, color, css style of upon checkpoint has no issue found, all text is shown clearly, and with right layout and css style.
