Description of problem:
When booting cluster nodes from iso, the following network validations failures appear:

Network latency: Error while attempting to validate network latency: unable to unmarshall host connectivity for 0b4aceb3-7e0a-4838-9986-c0b6b0532ec0:unexpected end of JSON input.
Packet loss: Error while attempting to validate packet loss validation: unexpected end of JSON input.

After few minutes, those validations are vanished.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create cluster and download iso image
2. Boot nodes from iso

Actual results:
After hosts discovers, "unable to unmarshall host" and "unexpected end of JSON input" validation failures displays

Expected results:
No validation error during discovery and until inventory is fully updated

Note, reproduce also when disable/enable host
