We should be a bit precise on what this new link is for. 

I would wish to improve this chapter  explaining 2 things:

1. How to prepare the environment and  enable the ocs-operator in the operatorhub/operator-catalog
2. How to install it OCS

For (1) the current link for chapter "Operators guide to using Operator Lifecycle Manager on restricted networks." should be used

For (2), customer should use the specific deployment doc. (1) should be MUST before moving to (2)
