Updating in F35/Rawhide, but a build must wait on RHBZ#1968972. The requirement for python-jose 3.3.0 means this update won’t reach F34, as python-jose 3.3.0 removed a crypto backend, which was a breaking change.

This also needs the latest pytest-cov (RHBZ#1960609).
