Verified on puddle RHOS-16.2-RHEL-8-20210728.n.2  with  python3-networking-ovn-7.4.2-2.20210601204822.el8ost.8.noarch.
Verified that check_for_mcast_flood_reports periodic maintenance task does not fail.
