Description of problem:
Can we apply the patch in https://github.com/zlib-ng/minizip-ng/pull/584? This is so we can update libpqxx in rawhide.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 35 development cycle.
Changing version to 35.
