Description of problem:
radosgw-admin bucket stats command is not populating usage info

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
16.2.0-105.el8cp

How reproducible:
[3/3]

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Deploy 5.x cluster
2.Create one RGW bucket and write some objects into it
3.run "radosgw-admin bucket stats" command by specifying bucket name

Actual results:
Command is not populating usage info

Expected results:
Command should give usage info of the bucket

Additional info:

- Usage Info is not populated on the ceph-dashboard
- Issue was not seen in the 5.0 build [ceph version 16.2.0-102.el8cp]
