Describe the issue:
There are multiple places in install doc where it has been mentioned thatsupported rhel version is RHEL 8.3 .
As per red_hat_ceph_storage_wiki/red_hat_ceph_storage_50_plan_of_record its is 8.4
Please change it in our docs to match the plan of records.
