Doc Text:	In the past the oVirt provider would ignore nics with "br-ex" names for machines. Since a network type of "OVNKubernetes" creates a nic with the "br-ex" name this would result in the machine never getting an IP address on OVNKubernetes. With this fix it is now possible to install OCP on RHV with network set to "OVNKubernetes".	Story Points:	---

this bug was verified in the CI job[0], this is the log[1] where it shows that the worker and masters could get their Correct IP address when using OVN.

the CI  will run this job [2] every 12 hours together with a full conformance test.
