Description of problem:
I open this BUG to ask for an async update of the RHOSP images in RHOSP16.1 to include BUG 1972369.

BUG 1972369 blocks the update of overcloud after deployment of the RHOSP16.1z6 release. And it's already solved and released on 8.2.0EUS.

rhosp-director-images-16.1-20210726.2.el8ost contains pacemaker-2.0.3-5.el8_2.5, the build for the bug referenced.
