verified on 4.9.0-0.nightly-2021-08-04-131508, now the tooltip shows on both situation. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA. Created attachment 1804427 [details] tooltip not on disabled 'Restore' Description of problem: After take a snapshot of a VM, there is a tooltip 'Restore is only enabled for offline virtual machine' showing when move mouse to the "Restore' button while VM is off. But the tooltip is not showing if the button is disabled while VM is running. It's more reasonable to move this tooltip to the button when it's diabled, so user know why it's not available.
