Package rust-libcryptsetup-rs fails to build from source in Fedora rawhide.

The problem is due to a breaking change in the API for the cryptsetup release candidate. The breaking change will be reverted in the final version of cryptsetup 2.4.0. Once that change is pushed, this libary will compile again.
