Description of problem:
Ship new ovirt-provider-ovn + python3-ovsdbapp-0.17.5 in RHV 4.4.8

As part of BZ 1940824 we must release latest ovsdbapp version, plus we must release with this version a new ovirt-provider-ovn - ovirt-provider-ovn-1.2.34-0.20210723113705.git20bf2b4.el8.noarch which contains a required work around for BZ 1980269.

Both ovirt-provider-ovn-1.2.34-0.20210723113705.git20bf2b4.el8.noarch and
python3-ovsdbapp-0.17.5-2.20210528083704.11ca358.el8ost.1.noarch should be shipped in RHV 4.4.8 and added to the errata.

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.4.8 release, published on August 19th 2021.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in oVirt 4.4.8 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
