Description of problem: During traffic split user get error at times  "object has been modified" so unable to perform traffic split, the workaround is to reopen the traffic split modal and retry.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): OCP 4.6+ , Serverless operator


How reproducible: Intermittent


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install serverless operator
2.Create CR for knative serving
3.Create a KSVC, edit once to have multiple revisions
4.open topology view open traffic split modal
5.now try to make edit on ksvc (via CLI or diff tab in UI)


Actual results:unable to do traffic split without error


Expected results: should be able to do traffic split without error
