Verified on 4.9.0-0.ci-2021-08-05-213042.

Verification steps:

1. Install Openshift Logging Stack https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.8/logging/cluster-logging-deploying.html
2. Restart the insights operator
3. Check insights operator archive content

There is a ClusterLogging manifest in config/logging/<namespace>/<name>.json
