Description of problem:
When using a console type other than the one that is opened by default and the "Open Console in New Window" button is clicked, the default console type is opened instead of the one that was being used when the button is clicked.


How reproducible: 100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to the console tab
2. Click the "Select console type" dropdown and select "Serial" or any other option than what is currently being used
3. Click the "Open Console in New Window" button

Actual results:
The default console type is opened in a new window.


Expected results:
The console type being used at the time the button is clicked should be loaded in the new window.

Reproduced on OCP 4.8 and verified on latest master.

1. Navigate to the console tab
2. Click the "Select console type" dropdown and select "Serial" 
3. Click the "Open Console in New Window" button


The default console type is opened in a new window.
